Pregnant in the Front...And Back

I noticed something horrible coming out of the bathroom just now.

I'm getting bigger from the back view. And I'm not talking about my ass. What used to be a cute (although large) hour glass figure, is now squaring up. I'm horrified!!! Why can't I be one of those "pregnant in the front" people?
