You Know It's Cold When Water Freezes Instantly

So, I pull my car out of the garage this morning, and it has little beads of water on it from where the snow from last night has melted. I drive across the street to the gas station and while I'm pumping gas, I notice that the little droplets have frozen! I was surprised that they would freeze that fast, since I literally did just pull out of the garage. Holy crap this place is cold! Right now it's 16 degrees, which is actually warm compared to the past few days that have been in the negatives.
